The financial crisis and the crisis of the Euro zone are also a crisis of the European Central Bank. The rules and the paradigm of the ECB haven proven to be unable to meet the challenges.
The Euro-Zone is at the brink of the abyss and will break up if there are not far reaching reforms. The EB will be key in a new European financial architecture. The meeting will analyze the situation and discuss alternatives. Prominent experts will give inputs, among them
